At TTPRW, our local Republican Women’s club affiliated with the Texas Federation of Republican Women (TFRW), we believe every member brings something special to the table. Many of our current leaders began by simply helping on a committee and discovered a passion that grew into greater responsibility. We provide training, mentorship, clear job descriptions from our governing documents, and a warm, supportive sisterhood so you can step in with confidence.

If You’re a Connector & Relationship Builder…

Your warmth, genuine listening, and gift for making others feel welcomed and valued are priceless assets to our club. You thrive when helping people feel they belong.

Vice President Membership or Membership Committee: Create welcoming new member packets, plan membership drives and renewal campaigns, follow up with guests, and mentor newcomers so they quickly feel like part of our TTPRW family.
Recruitment Committee: Identify talented women for leadership roles across the club and gently encourage them to step into positions where they can shine.
Outreach & Younger Women Outreach: Build bridges to homeschool moms, young professionals, empty nesters, and other groups who need our conservative message, support, and sisterhood.

If You Excel at Planning Events & Creating Memorable Experiences…

You light up when coordinating details, rallying teams, and watching a well-run event bring people together in inspiration and fellowship. Seeing members engaged and smiling is your greatest reward.

Vice President Programs: Secure dynamic speakers, plan relevant and inspiring programs on current issues, and ensure our meetings educate, motivate, and strengthen our members politically and personally.
Vice President Events: Organize candidate forums, community service initiatives (such as Caring for America projects), trips to Austin, and other special events that promote political participation and conservative values.
Vice President Meeting Management & Meeting Management Committee: Oversee set-up, check-in, hospitality, logistics, and the overall welcoming atmosphere so every public meeting runs smoothly and feels like home.

If Communication, Writing, or Design Is Your Superpower…

You have a gift for words, visuals, or storytelling that captures attention and moves hearts. Your creativity can amplify our message and draw new women into our circle.

Vice President Communications: Oversee all club communications—emails, newsletters, social media, and website coordination—to keep members informed, inspired, and engaged.
Newsletter Editor: Craft compelling, professional content that informs, encourages, shares successes, and serves as a powerful recruitment and retention tool.
Webmaster: Develop and maintain our club’s online presence—design, updates, accessibility, photos, and content—so our digital home reflects the excellence of our mission.
Publicity & Public Relations Committee: Promote TTPRW events and accomplishments to local media and the broader community, building our positive public image and attracting new members.

If You’re Passionate About Conservative Principles, Legislation & Political Action…

Staying informed on issues, researching legislation, and empowering others to engage in the political process fuels your fire. You want to see Republican principles protected and advanced.

Vice President Legislation & Legislation Committee: Track key bills, present legislative updates at meetings, encourage member action (calls, emails, testimony), maintain resources on important issues, and promote participation in TFRW Legislative Day.
Vice President Campaign Activities & Campaign Activities Committee: Inspire and coordinate volunteer efforts on campaigns that align with our values, track political hours for awards, promote precinct and state conventions, and support Republican candidates and party efforts.
Voter Registration Committee: Help ensure conservatives—new citizens, those who’ve moved, or young adults reaching voting age—are properly registered and ready to make their voices heard.

If You Have a Heart for Stewardship, Fundraising & Sound Management…

Integrity, organization, and wise stewardship of resources come naturally to you. You enjoy planning smart budgets or creative ways to raise funds that fuel our mission.

Vice President Fundraising & Fundraising Committee: Design profitable, enjoyable fundraising events and projects, build enthusiastic teams, and ensure our club has the resources needed to operate effectively and support worthy causes.
Vice President Finance (Treasurer): Serve as custodian of club funds, manage deposits and authorized disbursements, prepare budgets and financial reports, handle compliance, and support the PAC process with integrity.
PAC Treasurer / Assistant PAC Treasurer & Financial Review Committee: Handle Texas Ethics Commission reporting and compliance for our PAC activities, or serve on the team that reviews our financial records for accuracy and adherence to policy.

If Leadership, Vision, or Organizational Wisdom Calls to You…

You’re ready to guide the club, support the board with wisdom, or help recruit and develop the next generation of leaders. These roles offer growth and real influence.

President / President-Elect: Cast vision for the year, preside over meetings, represent TTPRW at TFRW and local events, appoint committees, and lead our club with grace and purpose.
Executive Vice President: Work closely with the President, handle public relations, introduce guests and speakers, and prepare to step into greater leadership when called.
Secretary: Keep accurate, permanent minutes of all meetings, maintain club records and history, prepare correspondence, and ensure we stay organized and compliant.
Parliamentarian & Bylaws / Nominations Committees: Advise on Robert’s Rules and proper procedure, help maintain strong governing documents, or assist in identifying and recruiting excellent leaders for future terms.

Your compassionate heart or love of American heritage finds beautiful expression through quiet service and preserving what matters most.

Caring for America Committee: Lead or support community service projects that reflect conservative compassion—veteran support, pro-life causes, helping families in need, and showing that “Republican Women Care.”
Patriot (Americanism): Share inspiring stories of American history, patriotic heroes, and the principles that make our nation exceptional—uplifting members and reminding us why we fight for freedom.
Historian: Preserve photos, stories, awards, and records of our club’s journey so future generations can celebrate how God used TTPRW women for good.
Awards Committee & Other Special Committees (Scholarship, Literacy, Directory): Celebrate member and club achievements through TFRW/NFRW awards, support scholarships, promote conservative books in schools, or help create our member directory.
