The long awaited tour of the Capitol in Austin is scheduled for Tuesday, February 4, 2025. It is a not-be-missed event as Representative Dr. Mike Schofield will provide an unforgettable lesson in history about the Capitol in Austin. Additionally, the Capitol underwent refurshiment during the summer/fall last year so attendees will be some of the first people to see these updates to our Capitol! The tour includes a box lunch.
We have secured a bus to leave Tomball Hospital promptly at 7:00 am — be there at 6:30am to fill out paperwork. There is no extra charge to ride the bus. Bus will leave Austin at 4:00 pm putting us back at Tomball Hospital sometime between 7:00 and 7:30pm. The address for Tomball Hospital is 605 Holderrieth Blvd., Tomball 77375. Look for a big white bus parked at the end of parking off Medical Drive.
If more than 40 people sign up, Dr. Mike Schofield is open to doing a second tour on another day – early in February hopefully. We have over 20 signed up now.
